The second week of June, Uncle Kory came out to spend the weekend with us. The girls LOVE when their uncles visit since it's someone new to play with and give them attention. And Kory didn't disappoint! He played in their kiddie pool, did the slip and slide and anything else that the girls were up for on a hot afternoon.
The next day we went up to the Colorado Rockies game. Note to self - do not take 3 children ages 5 and under to a baseball game outside where there is very little shade and the temperatures are above 90 degrees! It was great to finally check out that stadium but the game was slow and we were all done by the top of the 7th inning. You can tell that my girls weren't too happy about it!
Rob ran his first race in 10+ years so the next morning we went to cheer him on at the finish line thanks to Kory helping me with the kids. The girls were sad to see him head home later that afternoon but we're glad he came to visit and look forward to seeing him again when we head to Utah in a few weeks before Kory is off to Arizona for more school!
