We headed to the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo on Labor Day. We love this zoo but obviously weren't thinking clearly since we didn't consider how crowded it would be! It was packed and hard to get around. And it was still kind of a hot day. But we had fun and just cruised through the zoo pretty fast so that we wouldn't get annoyed with the crowds! We enjoyed seeing the new baby giraffe and the new baby gorilla that were both born this summer.
